How long does it take to register an LLC (sp. z o.o.)?
Usually 24–72 hours — that is how long registration in the S24 system normally takes. We prepare the tax office and CRBR filings right away.
How much does company registration cost?
Our service costs PLN 999 net (PLN 1,228.77 gross). Separately, when the application is filed in S24, you pay the PLN 250 court fee for the KRS entry. The articles of association are also subject to civil law transactions tax (PCC) of 0.5% of the share capital reduced by, among others, the court fee — with PLN 5,000 of capital that is approx. PLN 24.
What is S24 and what do I have to do myself?
S24 is the Ministry of Justice system for setting up companies online. Each shareholder creates an account in it and signs the documents electronically — with a Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany) or a qualified electronic signature. We prepare the documents, but your company remains the applicant and you sign the documents yourself.
What information is needed for registration?
Details of the shareholders, the company and the management board — the form guides you through them step by step. This means each shareholder’s PESEL or identity document details and residential address, the company name, registered office address, PKD codes and the members of the management board.
Can a foreigner set up a company with your help?
Yes. Clients from abroad use the same services, and the form works without a PESEL number — you enter the details of your identity document. To sign the documents in S24 without a PESEL you need a qualified electronic signature, because a Trusted Profile requires a PESEL number.
Is the registered office address included in the price?
No — the address is optional and paid separately. You can choose a registered office at our virtual office (ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 31/119, 01-234 Warsaw) in the registration form; package prices are in the virtual office price list.
